Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University (IBBU) have released their cut off Mark for their Post UTME/DE Screening for the 2021/2022 academic session. The IBBU cut off Mark for her Post UTME/DE Screening for the 2021/2022 academic session is 170, all prospective candidates who chose the institution as their first choice and scored a minimum of 170 in the 2020 UTME Examination are therefore invited to visit the University’s Post UTME/DE Online O’Level Result Screening Portal to check their eligibility and for the submission of their O’level result(s).
IBBU POST UTME AND DIRECT ENTRY ONLINE SCREENING EXERCISE 2020/2021
The general public and all prospective UTME and Direct Entry Candidates who chose the institution as their first choice and scored a minimum of 170 in the 2020 UTME Examination are hereby informed that the 2020/2021 UTME/DE results verification and screening exercise have commenced. UTME candidates are expected to submit their O’level Result(s) Online while Direct Entry candidates with a minimum of Upper Credit are expected to submit their A’level Result. Candidates however must first verify their eligibility before submitting their results online to the University
STEPS FOR THE RESULT SUBMISSION/SCREENING PROCESS
All prospective candidates are to take note of the following steps for the result submission/screening process before and during the submission of their O’level result(s):
Note 1. All UTME/DE prospective candidates are to check/verify their eligibility for the Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University UTME/DE O’Level results screening/verification exercise. To do this you must enter your correct JAMB Registration Number in the field provided then click on the button titled “Check Result Submission Eligibility.”
Note 2. A message would be displayed on the page indicating the status of your request. Successful prospective candidates that have met the minimum requirements are to proceed to make payment online via Paystack or any other online payment platform using their Credit/Debit Card details or Interswitch Bank deposit by generating a Transaction ID/Invoice Slip with Bank information on it afterwards you print it out then go to the designated bank and make the deposit.
Note 3. Successful prospective candidate is required to make a payment of TWO THOUSAND NAIRA ONLY (N2,000) to submit either ONE(1) or TWO(2) O’LEVEL RESULT(s). The amount includes all transaction charges.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR IBBU POST UTME/DE RESULT SUBMISSION/SCREENING PROCESS
Interested Candidates who fell into the categories mentioned above are to visit the university’s Portal at http://www.portals.ibbu.edu.ng and follow the stages below:
Stage 1: CANDIDATES ELIGIBILITY CHECK:
• Enter your JAMB Registration Number to confirm if you are eligible. If eligible;
• Enter your valid mobile phone number & other required information to proceed.
• A payment page will be loaded. Proceed to payment via any preferred means listed. You can choose to pay online via WEBPAY or through Interswitch Bank Deposit.
Stage 2: PAYMENT FOR SCREENING
Candidates are to choose from the list of Payment Options provided and use their most preferred mode of payment. If you choose Interswitch Bank Deposit, you’ll have to generate a transaction ID/Invoice slip which you’ll print out and take to any of the banks designated by the institution to accept such payments and pay the stipulated amount of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only. If you choose to use WEBPAY, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Interswitch WEBPAY page to use your ATM Credit /Debit Card details to make your payment online.
Stage 3: RESULT SUBMISSION:
Candidates who have completed the second stage of the screening should proceed to the third stage immediately after making their payment. They are to log into the portal using their UTME Reg. No & Phone No. Candidates are advised to correctly input their results and any other requested information on the portal. Candidates may after submission print out their submission acknowledgement slip for personal reference only.
