FUOTUOKE has released her official Cut off mark for the 2020/2021 academic session. The 2020/2021 academic session cut off mark is 160, students with a minimum UTME score of 160 that satisfies other eligibility requirements are qualified to take part in the PUTME screening exercise. FUOTUOKE ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLICATION

UTME Candidates who falls under the under listed category are eligible to apply 

  • Candidates who chose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice, have a minimum JAMB UTME score of 160 and chose any of the programs offered in the five Faculties of the institution. Check below to see the faculties and programs offered in FUOTUOKE 
  • Candidates with a minimum JAMB UTME score of 160 whose first choice isn’t Federal University Otuoke but are interested in the institution can be admitted only if they apply for a change of institution to Federal University Otuoke through JAMB website (www.jamb.org.ng) and chose any of the programs offered in the institution.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

The application is done online, for instructions on how to fill out the online application candidates should visit the school’s online application portal at www.fuotuoke.edu.ng or http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng. A Non-refundable Application Form fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2000) is charged and must be paid by the candidate using any of Inter-switch, Verve or Master card only. 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE ONLINE APPLICATION

Candidates applying online are required to  make available the following original documents which must be duly scanned and uploaded 

  1. A Copy of O’level result (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB)
  2. A Copy of the current JAMB UTME original result printout
  3. A good Passport-size photograph clearly showing the face of the candidate
  4. A signed Copy of LGA identification letter
  5. A Copy of Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age 
  6. Valid Scratch card for checking the details of the O’level result uploaded. For candidates combining two O’ level results, both scratch cards should be uploaded accordingly.

Candidates applying must use the same name they used while registering for their JAMB UTME in the same order.

Candidates must also make sure they use valid email address(es) and phone number(s) as Federal University Otuoke will not be held  responsible for unsuccessful applications as a result of invalid email address(es) and telephone number(s).

 Additionally, false declaration of any of the basic requirements will lead to automatic disqualification.

ITEMS FOR THE SCREENING TEST

Acknowledgement letter and UTME Result Slip are items required for the screening test, whereas items like calculators, GSM phones, mathematical tables, bags, etc are prohibited.
